The GHGT-18 Business Stream will bring together industry leaders, government officials and policymakers from Australia and around the world to examine the most pressing opportunities and challenges facing carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS).
Developed by Australian Energy Producers in partnership with industry, the programme will feature keynote presentations and expert panel discussions highlighting major Australian and international projects, the application of CCUS in hard-to-abate industries, and the role of CCUS-enabled power generation in supporting the growth of AI and data centres.
Complementing GHGT-18’s technical sessions, the Business Stream will explore the policy, investment and commercial frameworks needed to accelerate CCUS deployment, including public–private collaboration, successful business models and the development of cross-border CO₂ transport and storage networks.
