Full Paper Information

If you have accepted the presentation offer for an Oral or Poster presentation we will also you require you to prepare and submit a Full Paper for the conference. Please note that due to ongoing situation with Covid-19, the deadline to confirm acceptance to present your paper is extended again from 29.10. 2020, now to 13th November 2020. 

All GHGT-15 authors were notified of their Abstract status and presentation offer by email on 27th April 2020 – The link to accept the offer was in that email in the “Next Steps” paragraph.

When preparing your Full Paper for the GHGT-15 Conference please use the GHGT-15 Full paper template as an example and  guide for layout of your full paper. ( see link)

The recommended length of the full paper  should  Not exceed 12 pages including diagrams and references.

Any changes to title, or co-authors from the original abstract must be notified separately to the secretariat ( Suzanne Killick) no later than 3rd December 2020 so that this can be amended on their account and ensure the work is recorded correctly in the Agenda for the conference programme and App.

All Full Papers must then be submitted now by the extended deadline of 15th February 2021. Submissions after this date risk incorrect data being published. All work must be written in English, and contain the paper title, author(s) name(s) and organisation/affilations(s).
